Sharing Lessons on Business of Aging between Japan, the U.S. and Europe
This session will provide an overview of Japan’s responses to it’s the most rapidly aging population in the world and how Japanese lifestyles are changing as a result. Included are innovative business initiatives focused on providing support for older adults’ financial, physical, and mental independence in later life. Included are a comparison between approaches to aging the U.S. and Japan and discussion on how European countries can learn through the experiences in rapidly aging country.
